So, today I'm finally alive and not sleeping and can write a review. I honestly hate weekends and December, because it's soo much work to me and I work night shifts.
Review time! Todays hero - a compact powder by Catrice. For lighter skin in 010 Rose Beige.
I was very excited with the product - it comes in a round, shiny packaging in simple form and adorable weight - 8 grams of product in it.
It claims "Mattifying powder in 5 shades - perfectly evening out the complexion. For a naturally radiant and flawless finish. Ultra-fine and soft. Suitable for all skin types."
It's a talc based powder with a slight vintage powder aroma. It covers up nicely, but very easy to overdo. I think it pinkyfies a skin to a bit, so that's why I started to avoid the pink patch on entire face except parts of my cheeks where blusher goes. So that's kind of 2 in 1...
What else can I say? It easily blends and has medium coverage, pleasant to use and lasted all shift, it doesn't come off if you touch your skin, skin feels very smooth. At first when I generously apply it, my skin feels a little bit tight, but after some 10 minutes it goes away. Probably because it absorbs moisture and then kind of becomes more blended in with skin and more invisible (again, depends on coverage).
As it tightens up a little bit in first several minutes (depends on skin oiliness), I think it's more suitable for mixed and oily skin that needs mattifying in certain areas. I have normal skin with dry patches and some oily areas. My nose is dry and skin tends to peel off, it's more visible so when powdered up, that's why I advice to treat dry patches prior to using foundations and powders.
For it's price I think it's a good product. I'd recommend it for those who want more invisible result and those who want to try powders as the price won't bite.
Here are before and after. I used very heavy coverage for this picture.

And after:
Different part of cheek, but screw that, they're the same. Lightning is same too. I'm such a caker xD
Have a nice holidays or pleasant festive shifts^^
